Fill and Finish:Position: Manufacturing Technician 3 to Manufacturing Technician 4- Back up Lead, Trainer and Trouble shoot basic machine problem- Perform a wide variety of assigned manufacturing tasks to produce a high quality products under general supervision- Use complex automated robotic systems to manage liquid product through highly automated workflow- Set-up, Operate and Fill (tubes and Bottles) in Mixmaster Machine- Set-up, Operate and Fill (Cartridges, cBot plate and Buffer) in Sirf Machine- Set-up, Operate and Fill (Neoprep and Micronic tube and Microtube) in Hamilton HSL Machine- Hand Filling of reagents using Epipette, masterflex and other laboratory equipment- Perform inspection of manufactured products- Ability to follow GMP, GDP, SOP's or Work Instructions in the production, Perform Batch Record Review- Material Handler (Water Spider) Pulling, Issuing, verifying, transferring materials and putting away finished product through SAP/ JDE/ EDHR and MES transaction- Maintain an organized, safe and efficient work area at all times (6S)- Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while handling chemical reagentsPackaging:Position: Manufacturing Technician 2 to Manufacturing Tecnician 3- Perform Kitting, Scanning, Mylar bag sealing, Printing Labels and other packaging functions in accordance with process workflows and written instructions- Pulling, Verifying raw materials from stock and prepare materials for Production Order- Complete all necessary Inventory transaction, Cycle Counting, paperwork and data entry using SAP / EDHR / JDE transaction- Encourage suggestions from co-worker to improve yields and reduce wasteArray Manufacturing:Position: Assembler 3 to Manufacturing Technician 1- Monitor and update the hybridization process of bead chip- Monitor fluidic in Watson station- Operate Tecan machine for bead chip placement in glass slides- Operate Pegasus / Archimedes machine
