I am a recent M. Ed graduate from Vanderbilt's Peabody College. Leadership and Organizational Performance is a program at the confluence of a curriculum in MBA, Leadership, HR, Organizational Development, and Non-profit Management. I've used the opportunity to work on projects in strategic planning, people equity, change management, business performance metrics, good governance, fiscal planning, and quality improvement.I am passionate about serving my community wherever I land. There will always be plenty of financiers, investors, and captains of industry. I am intent on improving the quality of life for those around me.I am currently working on 2 articles for journal publication on the topics of Leadership Succession and Disaster Fund Management.I love to be busy. Jobs of interest usually need me to wear many hats. Preferably stetsons or bowlers. Supremely curious, I keep myself active and busy outside of work as well. I cycle, sail, research, lead workshops, volunteer, am a voracious reader and make a mean lasagna.
Listed skills include Nonprofits, Leadership, Leadership Development, Public Speaking, and 33 others.
