Other workforce development tools are sold to hospitals, post-acute, and ambulatory care facilities as well. I have picked up a diverse portfolio of special projects in software improvement and rollout, hospital system implementations to our platform, and internal organizational improvements. Dedicated to hosting the standard workshops like resume building, interviewing, etc in addition to new topics that need addressed like social media, project mgmt software, online presence, and SDI training. Organized and actively tracked our Peer Career Mentor program, a very successful partnership between experienced Master's students and their newly enrolled counterparts. Designed and initiated the first year of a multi-year data collection project to evaluate the objectives and outcomes of the programs on student employment and promotion.

Smith Music School, Vanderbilt Finance Department, Monroe Children's Hospital In-patient Pharmacy, and others.I focused on a non-profit management track that included grant writing, consulting, business metrics, evaluation, board work, people equity, change management, leadership skills, and strategic planning.

Successfully completed projects that improved Tatum's process between disparate offices during the vetting and hiring processes. Built a user-friendly, scale-able, electronic Workforce Planning Tool that also slices and dices. (Completely replacing their paper system.) The WPT focused on vetting, tracking, and prioritizing their best talent for future executive level placements. The new tool allows Tatum to quickly sort their talent pool by skills and experiences concurrent with the client's needs. Patent pending.
