As a IT Project manager I have worked in many different industries Oil and gas, mining, manufacturing, government, retail, construction. All industries have their own challenges and rewards. I solve business problems. IT is simply the tool I use most often to solve the problems. I am formally trained as a PM in PMBok however I use many elements of Agile in my projects. This can be especially useful with difficult sponsors or lack of requirements. I hold degrees and many certifications in IT. - I’ve been solving business problems by using data to drive insights for over 20 years.- I’m a multilinguist when it comes to the digital data-driven business. I speak fluent technology, finance, marketing, operations and people. - My best skill is I’m a great listener. - I have big ideas and I execute them.- I think both inside and outside the box. - I like to keep the solution as simple as possible- I’m both left and right brain.- I thrive under order and calm, I strive to remove stress and anxiety from my teams I am not afraid of fires or to pick up a high stress or failing project the first thing would be to remove the stress from the team as people perform much better when focused on the task. I have been told by my team I look calm, when put in the situation.- Oh and I love to garden and I am a gourmet cook.
