In this role, I manage the PAT, Fixed Wire and Remedial Labour Control teams. I am responsible for a growing team of 7 Labour Controllers, leading the team to meet weekly and monthly targets to deliver for our expanding customer base. Reporting directly into the Divisional Director, I work closely with the leadership teams day to day, alongside line management of and recruitment into the Electrical Testing team.

Moving to a new role, due to closure of the previous location (Re-routing of A1 Motorway). I continued to develop the skills I had in place, with a busier site leading to a better understanding of stock management, cash skills and working to Health and Safety and COSHH guidelines.

As a service supervisor, I had to run the unit day-to-day, placing staff and controlling stock and prep levels in order to make sure everything ran smoothly. I had to delegate tasks to staff as well as taking on extra site responsibility, including opening and closing the unit.
