March of Dimes national service began as a college student selected to serve on their prestigious National Youth Council where he helped design a national service leadership curriculum, increase youth volunteer fundraising and volunteerism over 100% from $225,000 to $500,000--a level that has been maintained for the last 10 years. He was then tapped to lead volunteer and development efforts in the Seattle metro area before returning to his prized role as volunteer and special consultant. Since then he has been a featured presenter at two March of Dimes National Youth Conferences at Georgetown and Georgia Tech.
