My name is Ryan Callis Stebbins, and I was born in South Boston, Virginia, on April 15, 1990. I grew up in Skipwith, Virginia — a small town near the North Carolina border. Around the age of seven years old, I began making my own websites and working with graphics design software. Since then, I have made a wide variety of websites for myself, as well as for other individuals and corporations. While I never intended this to become my life-long career, it is a hobby that I enjoy, as well as a good way to make extra money. I attended Virginia Tech from Fall 2009 to Spring 2014, dual majoring in English Literature and Theatre Performance.Fitness is one my passions that I discovered around the age of twelve. Since then, I have been teaching myself about the subject in my own time. I considered majoring in HNFE (Health, Nutrition, Food, and Exercise), but ultimately I decided that three majors would be too many. I earned my NSCA-CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) certification in 2023, and I plan on getting my NSCA-CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) certification. I achieved my private pilot license in 2022.As Robert A. Heinlein said, “A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, and die gallantly.
