I created and managed Your Pet Loves Reiki's social media (Instagram). I wrote weekly evergreen and holiday inspired articles for the website. I utilized SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.

I started in the audit department. After a year and a half, I moved into enrollments. I processed 401(k) enrollments, investments, and quality control within a specified deadline. I communicated with co-workers, clients, and out-sourced organizations connected with TAG to provide excellent service to clients and ensure accuracy on plan documents.

I wrote a pop-culture, evergreen article in AP Style using WordPress, implemented SEO strategies to create organic traffic to the ENTITY Mag's website, and pitched a paid marketing campaign geared for Facebook and Instagram.

I assisted students and teachers with troubleshooting on Blackboard, college computers, and connection to smartboards. I also became the college's closed caption creator for education videos used by the school staff.

I lead the spiritual education of young adults through approved curriculums, organized events, and fun.

I managed the magazine's finances by tracking sales and issuing and balancing money for the magazine launch party. I assisted in the approval of submitted poems and fiction and nonfiction short stories and then communicated with the writers on my edits.
