The Warehouse Customer Service Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service for customers in and outside of the warehouse. This position involves collaboration with multiple departments to schedule orders and resolve customer inquiries, fostering a seamless experience for order management operations.

By synthesizing information, I created accessible written notes with visual imagery for students with disabilities. Met with students to review processes for distributing the documents and to exchange contact information for future questions, which allowed me to adjust the content based on their feedback.

Teach for America is an organization working to provide empowerment through equitable education for underserved students across the country. As a Math Tutor, I worked one-on-one with 6th grade students towards learning and completing their curriculums' content each session. It was a highly rewarding position, as I saw firsthand the progress and pride my students achieved in learning a subject that had previously been a point of frustration for them.

At Epiphany Center for the Arts, I created visual and informational content for their company website and social media pages. They held regular events at which I received and directed clients and inputted attendance data to track event performance. Another task I engaged in an Arts Administrative Intern was art handling; working alongside Art Preparators to facilitate art exhibit fabrication.

My role as a Lead Technician provided the opportunity to oversee employees on site, where I trained Window Detail Technicians into their roles. My position was centered on exceeding performance benchmarks based on client and project metrics. I communicated with clients to expand Shack Shine's project portfolio, handled financial transactions, and entered projects' information into the company database.
