I am currently a second-year student at the University of Texas at Dallas, pursuing a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and Technology. I am motivated by a strong passion for problem-solving and creating new ideas. Technology is forever evolving and always needs to be studied which landed me in this major. I am experienced with coding languages such as C++ and Java. I take my academics very seriously and studiously which allows me to stay focused and get work done. Spending time on campus and being actively engaged in class is crucial for me. I love communicating with peers and have an outgoing personality. This has enabled me to get along with individuals and also build connections.Furthermore, my past work experiences helped me develop these skills effectively. Working at ReddyIce in a corporate office setting helped me get an idea of what it is like to work with a team. I enjoyed the atmosphere of working at an office and it allowed me to communicate with customers on a daily basis and understand the root of the issue and the best way to solve them. This gave me an idea of whether or not I'll enjoy life working in a cubicle setting. Working at CVS as a retail sales associate allowed me to complete tasks in a short limited time, while also interacting with customers and helping them to the best of my ability. Outside of school and work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and going to the gym to stay active. I occasionally spend time playing video games as well.
