Current- Address client issues through a deep comprehension of their needs and going above and beyond their anticipated requirements.- Demonstrate the worth of products and services to foster potential for expansion; gather and assess data for trend identification.- Engage actively in brainstorming sessions, office events, team gatherings, and client meetings; explore and contribute to program enhancement for both current and potential clients.- Execute outreach efforts including cold calling and networking to identify potential clients.- Regularly touch base with clients to ensure their needs are being satisfied and to spot potential opportunities.- Keep a well-organised database encompassing clients, potential clients, collaborators, and suppliers.
