- Address client issues through a deep comprehension of their needs and going above and beyond their anticipated requirements.- Demonstrate the worth of products and services to foster potential for expansion; gather and assess data for trend identification.- Engage actively in brainstorming sessions, office events, team gatherings, and client meetings; explore and contribute to program enhancement for both current and potential clients.- Execute outreach efforts including cold calling and networking to identify potential clients.- Regularly touch base with clients to ensure their needs are being satisfied and to spot potential opportunities.- Keep a well-organised database encompassing clients, potential clients, collaborators, and suppliers.

• Install and configure hardware (computers, storage devices, networking equipment) and software (licensing, installation, and updates). Monitor and maintenance of both (Hardware & Software) to ensure maximum security, data protection and optimal performance.• Provide technical support (troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving) to all employees within Enrite including hardware and software troubleshooting, network connectivity, and user accounts.• Maintain an inventory of all IT assets and documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.• Maintain and annually update Enrite’s Standard Operating Environment (SOE), develop and implement disaster recovery plans and procedures.• Manage equipment deliveries and installations, including ordering and inventory management, provide training and support to employees on the use of IT resources.• Contribute to the research and innovation of technology to enhance Enrite’s capabilities.• Evaluate client’s business and record their user requirements during the discovery phase. • Create proposals and conduct follow up meetings to proficiently run product demonstrations.
