Quality Management System Specialist
Current Compliance Documentation: - Deliver documentation regarding regulatory certificates, customer surveys, material certificates, quality certifications, and compliance paperwork to customers and employees (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Materials, etc.) Internal Audits:- Leading and participating in internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS). - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and corrective actions. - Documenting audit findings and tracking their resolution. QMS Awareness Training - Developing and delivering training programs related to the QMS. - Educating employees on quality policies, procedures, and their roles in maintaining compliance. - Conducting regular workshops and awareness sessions. Data Analysis and Reporting - Assist quality manager in analyzing data to evaluate the performance of the QMS. - Assist quality manager with identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for streamlining processes. Stakeholder Interaction - Engaging with employees, management, and external partners to promote quality culture and adherence to standards.
