Senior Service Delivery Manager
Current•Serve as a team lead and escalation point for clients with a combined ARR of $2 million+•Maintain strong client relationships by consulting with clients on continuous process improvements and maintaining a thorough understanding of proprietary SaaS cloud based system functionality and how to apply it toward client objectives•Primary contact for all requests relating to technology capabilities, ad hoc data review, implementation of system functionality, and specific user questions as well as internal governance requirements•Provide resolution of escalated client issues by responding to questions and concerns about the use of bswift products; ability to leverage research to find resolution•Successfully project manage large initiatives such as annual enrollment, ACA, and ad hoc implementations
