Senior Service Delivery Manager
Current- Serve as a team lead and escalation point for clients with a combined ARR of $2 million+
- Maintain strong client relationships by consulting with clients on continuous process improvements and maintaining a thorough understanding of proprietary SaaS cloud based system functionality and how to apply it.
- Primary contact for all requests relating to technology capabilities, ad hoc data review, implementation of system functionality, and specific user questions as well as internal governance requirements
- Provide resolution of escalated client issues by responding to questions and concerns about the use of bswift products; ability to leverage research to find resolution
- Successfully project manage large initiatives such as annual enrollment, ACA, and ad hoc implementations
