Primarily responsible for the registration and accurate entry of high volumes of adverse event data into Pharmacovigilance database, within required timeframes to ensure compliance with department and regulatory guidelines. Responsible for accurate and timely creation of expedited report packets. Demonstrate functional and technical knowledge and skills to perform the job at a high level accomplishment

➢ Reviews, analyze, and evaluates business systems such as Workday.com ➢ Assist with project work, Ex: Implementation of new payroll tracking system for US employees ➢ Creates training materials for long term incentive plans utilized by Abbott globally ➢ Communicates directly with database vendor(OneSource.com) to resolve any system issues ➢ Communicates directly with Abbott business HR directors in APAC, EMEA and LATAM via email and weekly project status calls
