Started participating in IT Strategic, Budget & Portfolio planning. Was one of the IT leaders identified to develop a IT Project Life Cycle Methodology and implement it. Presented an IT Globalization Vision and was chosen to run that program. Was instrumental in creating RFP, vendor selection and arrive at final recommendation for the sourcing partner for IT. The recommendation was accepted and embarked on establishing a successful outsource operations out of India and modifying our operations in the US. Was IT representative for all Mergers & Acquisitions.
