 Managing CSR based skill development project for unemployed youths across Maharashtra, funded by Corporates like CITI Group, CISCO, Cape Gemini and JPMC (With budget of $ 0.7 Millions) which includes program management and implementation, Budget preparations, Keeping track of OPEX and CAPEX and maintaining balance with the projected expenditure, project monitoring, formulating various marketing strategies, mobilization, training delivery through technology, market scan, livelihood creation & sustainability.  Facilitating various activities like resource planning, institutional donor visits, successfully started with 2 skill development centers in Maharashtra right from scratch and increased the number of centers from 2 to 13 in Maharashtra with a team strength of 40+ within a span of 1 year. Facilitated high-tech center set-up and packaging of model. Monitoring and evaluating programs and reporting to the Board, management and donors.  Spearheaded efforts for handling entire spectrum of Program Management while working with a leading member of not-for-profit Organization dedicated for training and development of youths about workforce readiness and life skills. To develop strong interpersonal bonding with Educational Institutes, Universities, ITI’s, Vocational training partners, Corporates, Volunteers, colleagues, students and Educators; and doing subsequent follow-ups/Meetings as required.

 Worked as Program Officer for Govt. of Maharashtra’s project of Vocational (Skill) education under Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan. (A Govt. of India project in collaboration with NSDC & Govt. of Maharashtra.) Managed 514 Secondary Schools across Maharashtra for successful implementation of Vocational Education pilot project with Team of 15 Dedicated District coordinators (NSQF level 1-4) Played important role in Policy making for Marking System, exam scheduling, assessment planning under NSDC for Dept. of School Education, Govt. of Maharashtra Actively involved in ToT program as Master trainer for banking, Travel and Tourism and Retail Sector
