 Spearheading a very prestigious 2Cr project of Drum Welder which itself is a Nash’s own product and developing in coordination with Design , production, purchase, British Federal ,UK and expected to be completed in six to 8 months’ time , with a future expected business of minimum 30 Cr including export . Developing and executing major project of new product by Innovative MFDC Process & completing the Intercell-Battery Connector Projects within 6 months with a potential worldwide business of 10 Cr in first year and will raise to 20 Cr in Next 2 years . Identifying and introducing new vendors /suppliers, enjoying better credentials which resulted in cost benefits, accomplishing this by introducing supplier who could supply better quality materials in time. Adroitly formulated new engineering products in-house and at vendor’s place and acquired new business venture for a company in domestic as well as International market. Addressed plant issues by introducing new vendors for the switchgear and battery parts and get the new product developed in-house as well as at vendor ends as per internationally accepted norms.  Streamlined process by developing new Battery Part by Medium frequency direct current method of spot welding to improve the quality of product and, thus saving the cost of consumables.  Initiated new vendor for cables and developed the same quality with less price.

 Executed ABB, Bangalore Project by handling new plant with key activities encompassing site selection, layout and equipment finalization and specification pertaining to plant equipment. Steered techno-commercial related activities including setting up of process/plant by floating quotations and placing orders. Completed the MCB part manufacturing and supply set up within 8 months and generated orders of Rs. 2 crores. Accomplished the indigenization of German engineering products within 11 months and generating orders of Rs. 5 crores. Actively participated for the first time in FF, Mumbai exhibition held in April-2011 along with German Partner, Titgemeyer for exploring Indian market for their products. Travelled to Germany to get the overall feedback of latest supplies and future scope of adding new products. Introduced new vendors for raw material, processes and manpower training & initiating effective use of MS-Project Software to smoothen the new projects. Restructured the plant layout for indigenization of German engineering products for easy flow of process.

 Successfully accomplished project of Indigenization of European Battery and Switchgear ,Engineering parts  Awarded the Best Employee of the Organization in 2002. Finalized the Order with Top management for the Development and supply of Battery Parts for Traction Battery Project of Exide, Kolkata single handedly. Handled total 3 product life cycle of Pillar Post, Inter Cell Connectors & Plastic Lids over 12 years.  Oversaw development and sourcing of Low Cost Components in Copper, Brass, Plastic, Epoxy, MS, TPE Fabricated assemblies with a combination of various process like pressing, moulding, turning, forging, casting, injection moulding, electroplating, resistance welding, rolling spinning, riveting, etc. Gained excellent awareness of Import and Exports requirements, logistics and international norms and product quality standards. Raised the turnover of Global Sourcing Division from Zero to 6 Crs INR in 2 Years’ Time. Formulated a complete set up of Battery Pillar post manufacturing plant having capacity of supplying 6 million parts/annum . Devised a complete set up of Patented Battery connector manufacturing plant having capacity of supplying 2.5 million parts /annum. Built cordial relations with vendors and customers like Exide France & Lille, BB Battery–China, Chloride-Canada, GB Battery, South Korea, and Exide Australia & Midac Italy. Travelled to South Africa to get the overall feedback of latest supplies and future scope of adding new products.
