Job Description: -Checking revenue aspects of the company in collaboration with numerous restaurants listed for the service.Consolidated business data into actionable metrics to simplify and highlight areas of concern and opportunity.Work with Tech & Innovation team in implementing business intelligence tool and dashboard reports.Manage the Third-Party Credit Providers Rupifi and Mintifi and ensure timely payment of invoices, GST deduction and Commissioning to them.Checking performance of the company on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis, deriving noteworthy conclusions from it and interpreting the same.Handling any form of exceptions during month ends (provisions, adjustments etc.) to ensure timely and accurate month end reporting.Create Manual Invoices and IRN generation on PWC portal, later follow up on Payments.Completed month-end and year-end closings, kept records audit-ready and monitored timely recording of accounting transactions.Manage Finance related Email queries from different stakeholders: internal sales team and restaurant partners. v Keeping a close eye on the daily operations of warehouses (in Gurgaon, Delhi and Noida), maintaining a track for cash collected by them from delivery agents, recording for any shortfall in cash submission by the delivery agents and ensuring that total cash collected by the warehouse has been deposited to the bank account of the company by EOD.Performed financial calculations for amounts due, interest charges and balances.Credit control and monitoring bank balances with each payment.Working for streamlining the process to identify process gaps and resolving the issues and help in necessary process automations.

 Credit control that include managing the debts of creditors, ensuring timely payments are made, processing incoming funds, reconciling invoices, resolving account queries, and managing debt recovery.  Responsible for Reconciliation and Ensure settlement of all the intercompany transactions in accordance with internal and external accounting guidelines. Calculate commissions for multiple business units according to compensation plans and internal policies, ensuring commission and bonus calculations are done accurately and in a timely manner. Acting as a liaison with legal department for the cases related to recovery from corporate accounts.  Approve Credit to corporates/Travel agents based on their credit worthiness by evaluating account histories.  Working for streamlining the process to identify process gaps and resolving the issues.  Timely checking and accurate processing of invoices. Daily review of collection reports to ascertain status of collections and balances outstanding and reduce collection cycle times (DSO) where possible. India and overseas client trust accounts, accounts receivable write-offs and payment reversals. Respond to stakeholder enquiries and ensure timescales and requirements are met. Perform monthly ageing analysis of all the stakeholder and share the report with top management.
