Assuming the role as VP of Platform Technologies, I provide management and leadership for the Platform Technologies department. The VP of Platform Technologies owns the efficient and reliable operation of the company’s network, servers, databases, and connectivity and use of 3rd party services in order to provide its SaaS services to its customer base. This includes supervising, managing, and leading the Platform Technologies staff responsible for enhancing platform infrastructures, monitoring and diagnosing network and system problems as well as implementation and validation of industry best practices for disaster recovery, data security, and data integrity solutions. The VP of Platform Technologies also works closely with the Technology executive staff and other company department decision makers to support corporate goals and objectives.

As the Director of Platform Technologies, I manage the day-to-day operations of the Platform Technologies Department. This role is responsible for making key decisions impacting the outcome of the departmental budget, project timelines, staffing, and client satisfaction.

Responsible for leading Sentry’s enterprise system team. This team is responsible for the initial design, procurement, and deployment of all physical data center infrastructure assets, including Storage and Network. As the lead, I guide all team projects and keep them in sync with other enterprise architectural initiatives across the company. As the System Architect, I was involved in defining product requirements, creating high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration of system-level technologies found within the existing and “to be” data center facilities.

Responsible for the design, planning, and implementation of Enterprise systems, including the needs of their applications or services. Effectively implement innovative solutions in heterogeneous environments that include VMware, Windows, Solaris, Red Hat and AWS. Collaborated on infrastructure-related projects and technologies, interfacing with team members and executive management within the IT organization as well as other internal business units and external customers/partners. Currently building out and upgrading multiple Data Centers.
