Currently designated as Executive Lead• Working on Investment banking, capital market, IT & BFSI end to end recruitment process.• Managing several stakeholders and coordinating with business to understand their requirements.• Managing team, handling team queries on the process• Handling escalation cases, and problem solving.• Good understanding and experience on campus hiring.• Sourcing the resumes from Naukri, Linkedin and other job portals from junior to Senior positions for Reconciliation, Fund Accounting, hedge funds, Fixed income, Equity & support function roles.• Working on Middle to Senior positions (Asst. Manager / Manager/ Sr. Manager/Director)• Leads generation through the existing database, Referrals.• Preliminary screening / short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement.• Scheduling end to end interview sessions with the Panel on daily or weekly basis. (F2F/Telephonic/Skype/Zoom/MS Teams).• After selection Sharing documents list with candidates and verifying all the documents.• Sharing salary cards with the finance team and taking the approvals.• Salary discussion and negotiation with the candidates.• Pushing offers in ATS tool, after approval of the offer.• Sharing offer letters with the candidates.• Following up with all the shortlisted/offered candidates until they join the organization.• Completing pre-joining formalities of the candidates and Onboarding of offered candidates.
