As an IT Infrastructure and Business Support, I am responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, at the head office, 10 Distribution Centers, and 4 Service Centers. This includes procuring IT products in line with regulations and company policies and ensuring the products meet the required specifications and standards. I also work closely with vendors to ensure the services remain up and running and meet Service Level Agreements. In addition to maintaining the hardware lifecycle, I handle requisitions from service centers and distribution centers related to hardware, provide assessments and initiate procurement processes when necessary. I also provide any supporting data required by other departments.
