Fund Accounting. Managing End to end Fund Accounting activities including Pricing & NAV Calculation. Managing 20 FTE Team for Citi's one of the challenging & Revenue Generating Process. People management and risk & compliance management.

Derivatives Trade Processing ( Future,Options & OTC Product)

Managing Reconciliation (Cash, Equity. P&L, Derivatives) with Geneva Application for Credit Suisse and other leading Hedge Fund clients. Reconciling daily and monthly cash balance, position and market value between the fund and the prime broker. Investigation, resolution and escalation of breaks.Account set up and report generation in Geneva system. Interacting with Client’s day to day basis over the Calls or Mails. Daily check for duplicate dividend postings, securities with zero cost, boxed positions and intraday trade monitoring.Investigating the product setup issue in the system and working with IT team in resolving the same.Preparing standard operating procedures, fund specific process manuals and training team members.Involved in process automation which includes functional requirement gathering and user acceptance testing of reconciliation package developed by the IT team.Preparing several report like Daily Volume report, GSIL report, Margin Report and monthly MIS report etc.Managing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Calls with Client’s for Business requirement.

Key result areas – ETD Trade Clearing (Equity Portfolios) with the help of ClearVision & GMI application.Managing T + 0 Trade clearing business for London and Germany zone. Investigate and resolve exceptions for exchange versus booking lines on exchanges using Clearvision for the following markets, through contacting traders and other Ops teams to make the required trade amendments, and updating Clearvision static as required.Consolidating client trades at various prices into one average price trade and booking into the client accounts in GMI (Gelderman Mertaugh Industries). Working with other Trade Management teams and clients to resolve discrepancies as required.Investigation of exceptions / break outs on the TRS markets from T+0 onwardsThis includes, deleting error bookings, contacting traders/brokers and matching trades based on the agreed guidelines.Clearing breaks on TRS markets as EUREX. LIFFEAccount set up and Carte Blanche procedure set up for new account with the help of core client sheet.Adequate Investigation and steps to solve discrepancy if any before specified period.Calculation of coupon on bonds in case of discrepancy, this may involve using Bloomberg and Euro clear for rates.Preparation of Excel reports related to Risk items. Quality checks for other team members and give feedback.Preparing SOP and Process flow by the time of process Transitions.Proper knowledge sharing and Training to others team mates.Updating of process documents and communicate with Client day to day basis.Interacting with Client day to day basis over the call, mails & chats.
