I have been promoted as Staff Software Architect with additional roles and responsibilities and some more additional products to design effective Architecture. Exchange is a Provider Portfolio Product under symplr, this is a greenfield product, which means this is designed and developed from scratch. The name Exchange itself denotes that this product is more about integrations and exchanging data from multiple systems. Exchange is built on top of rich technologies like AKS, .Net, Talend, MongoDB and Hyperledger(Blockchain). This product is designed with multiple design patterns like pub-sub, MDM,.... with lot of analytics added as a flavor.

GE to symplr is not a job change its a Business transition. symplr has acquired API healthcare business unit from GE, as part of it, all the employees are transitioned from GE to symplr. As part of this transition, as per my skill set and expertise and knowledge I was promoted with Senior Software Architect role from Senior Software Engineer. With this all my roles and responsibilities are increased a lot. I was designing the solutions for Shiftselect product and helping others products in workforce management portfolio.

Working in GE Healthcare is a big milestone in my life, with the development and little bit architectural experience from cognizant I landed on to GE healthcare, with 4yrs+experience I have taken the role of a Senior Software Engineer. I have got to chance to work on one of the highly revenue generated project from workforce management portfolio called "Shiftselect". Shiftselect is a 10yr old product with lot of client base. When I joined the Shiftselect project, the state of it is, most of the technologies are yet to deprecate like flex, AngularJS,... and lot of performance issues. My role is Shiftselect has made a very big positive impact on easy migration with reduced 85% effort, provided solutions for performance improvements, helping product in finding use cases for analytics & reporting and horizontal scaling. Working in shiftselect with senior folks and different technologies improved my Architectural, analytical and technical skills.

Cognizant is my First company where I joined the company as a fresher with Programmer Analyst role. Cognizant has thought me a lot in terms of technical, domain and managerial activities. I was fortunate to work with many senior folks in the organization. Even though I'm a fresher, my senior management saw a lot of confidence on my capabilities and make me landed on to my first project with prestigious healthcare organization called "Blue Shield of California(BSC)". In BSC I worked on multiple critical modules like Plans portal, member portal.In BSC I have worked on tech stack like Java, Spring, SQL server and JSP. I have provided a lot of innovation ideas and developed many generic modules, which is much appreciated by client and are in production and used by make customers till today.I have enhanced my technical and domain knowledge on healthcare and landed on to another project called "Health Tranzform". This is completely a new revolutionary high budget project from Cognizant healthcare, Health Tranzform is designed to provide all tools and modules which lot of the healthcare industry needs in USA. Health Tranzform is build on latest technologies like Azure, Sprint boot, Java,.. I have played a major role in Health Tranzform Architecture, I was the lead developer in the Architecture team. I designed & developed many critical modules like authentication, authorization, configuration, MDM, cache,... I have learnt a lot from senior Architects of Cognizant. Finally Cognizant journey has provided me a lot of knowledge and industry experience.
