I am a consultant with a civil engineering background and over twelve years of experience working in a range of project management capacities. With experience in the design management and project controls space, having been involved in the design delivery of several major infrastructure projects for which responsibilities have included multi-disciplinary design coordination of large teams, design delivery management, subcontractor management, programme management and progress monitoring. I have a background in change control and variations, having been extensively involved in the process of developing, tracking and reporting scope variations ranging from $20k to $2M in value. In addition, I am experienced in quality management, including both knowledge of quality assurance procedures as well as quality control and process improvement. I have also been extensively involved with requirements management and traceability on major projects, including the Safety in Design and risk management process.I enjoy dealing with the commercial side of projects and working with large sets of data, passionate about people management and have a keen interest in optimising operational processes, discovering innovative solutions to simplify complex problems.
