Supported launching LinkedIn Learning in Japan (former Lynda.com) as one of the initial members of the team. My role was the hybrid - new customer acquisition as well as existing customer support - for corporate and academic/higher education customers.

I am the first Global Account Analyst in Japan office. I support Global Accounts including their subsidiaries and affiliates in Asia Pacific to make them more productive and successful.I am enjoying everyday talking/discussing with our customers and- Organizing QBR(quarter business review) - Generating/analyzing data for usage of LinkedIn Talent Solutions by utilizing SQL- Supporting Employer Branding and EVP"Members first"- Contribute membership growth in Japan- Boost LinkedIn presence in Japan as well as APAC

Consultant for Telecommunication / High Technology industry- As a Technology Consultant(Analyst) for communication and high-technology industry, I supported a global project for replacement of SCM(Supply Chain Management) system (demand forecasting for inventory) among UK, Europe and Japan. With half year of diversity experience in London, I was in Project Management team supporting UAT, SIT, and Go-live.- As a Business Development Analyst, 1) An outsourcing project for a global shared service company, identify/determine business processes for their back-office divisions. I have also supported their Human Capital division for reform the resource strategy due to revision of Japanese law ”Act for Stabilization of Employment of Older Persons” 2) A system integration project for telecommunication companies in US and Japan due to their M&A with a month experience in Kansas.

I enjoyed my half-year researcher experience at Robert Walters and have met so many interesting=great people there. The whole office was so welcoming of all researchers( a few) and I've leaned how to exceed the team work. Also, other researchers are all smart and they motivated me everyday. Not just working on daily tasks, but the experience made me think of my future career. I highly recommend this experience to all future bright starts!- Researched potential clients for business development- Supported career consultants translating Japanese-English/English-Japanese JDs- Conducted background screening call for potential candidates
