Outbound Call Center Manager/Director
Coached, mentored, and developed a team of highly effective outbound sales agents that connected with members to increase the value the credit union provided to them. - The sales team sold the full product line of the credit union including loans, but also checking, deposits, investments, mortgages, business services, and P&C insurance. Our sales process was effectively applied in every imaginable way. - Managed the underwriting and decision process for a $100 M+ loan portfolio. This included making all decisions on loans under corporate decisioning levels. - Oversaw a team of 17 outbound sales agents, 2 direct auto dealer buyers, 2 managers, a processor, and a sales lead developer.- Through pure outbound sales efforts, we recaptured over $150 Million in consumer, business, and real estate loans. Additionally, we also referred hundreds of P&C insurance policies, over $1 million in investment services, hundreds of business services, and tens of thousands of other ancillary products and services.- Managed the credit union's online loan and new account application processes and built a $100 million loan portfolio with a 50% funding ratio on over 1,000 applications per month.- Also managed 3, non-traditional dealership relationships which produced over $2 Million per month in new loan growth, and grew to a portfolio of over $30 million. - Responsible for maintaining audit, regulation, title, and other quality and legal assurance processes and maintained exceptional reports.- Built and trained to other departments, the sales processes which contributed to a 1,300% increase in loan recapture sales taking the CU from $25 M in 2010 to $360 M in 2015.- Intelligent lead identification and development used by our department and was the foundation of the entire credit unions' sales efforts by 2013.- Recruiting, interviewing and hiring of front-line sales staff, and sales leadership.- Coaching and accountability for a high-producing sales team including termination.
