• Responsible for Detailed Planning, Estimating, Budgeting and Execution of Infrastructure Projects of Western Naval Command.• Executed numerous prestigious projects, among them the most prestigious being construction of Western Naval Command Headquarters building at Ballard Pier, Mumbai over a duration of 22 Months for Rs 55 Crores.• Planned, Estimated and Budgeted for Projects involving Hangers, Multi Storied Residential building (G+20) and Office buildings, valued at nearly Rs 163 Crores over Two Years. • Lead three sub-divisions headed by Assistant Executive Engineers with nearly 20 personnel, each predominantly from Technical Background.• Planned Consultancy Contract worth Rs 20 Crores annually for the entire Chief Engineer Zone.
