Manage complex cash reconciliations,, banking relationships and service integration , monthly closing and balance sheet review and cash forecasting for a large, multi-hospital health system. Design and bank to financial interfaces for all revenue cycle, cash collection and disbursement activities to optimize transactional processing and reconciliation speed and accuracy. Total annual cash volume is approximately $3 billion, comprised of 100K annual ACH and lockbox deposit line items, 30 merchant IDs processing $100 million and 750K transactions annually, handling $8 million cash, and 40K check and electronic disbursements per year. Responsible for PCI oversight for over 400 cash collections points at more than 100 locations. Emphasis on continual improvement, audit preparation, documentation and modeling best practices associated with safeguarding cash assets, including custodial transfers, internal controls and separation of duties

Prepare annual budgets, monthly close, income statement reviews and complex analyses for 88 departments representing approximately 900 employees. Develop proforma business plans, cash flows and ROI analyses for new business initiatives competing for endowment funding. Prepare long range strategic plan representing $1.5 billion in gross revenue and $1,2 billion of capital projects with multi-funding sources, including bonds, debt, funded depreciation and operating cash.
