As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, I am responsible for recruiting and hiring of our internal staff. I work with our offices nationwide to find sales and leadership talent. I was part of the Contracts Engineering Division where I started out recruiting for engineering professionals. In the recruiter role, I sourced, recruited and interviewed engineering professionals for clients while managing those accounts. I was then promoted to an Account Manager where I prospected, cold called, consulted with clients, negotiated and generated new business contracts. My last two postions held at Men's Wearhouse were as a Merchandiser and then as an Operations Manager. As a Corporate Merchandiser I was incharge of 13 stores in the state of Texas, ensuring the correct set up of the store and merchandizing and purchasing of product. I also acted as a mediator between corporate leadership and store managers.As an Operations Manager, I was one of three store managers responsible for opening, closing, banking and managing store employees. My individual resposibility was to recruit and prospect new tuxedo business, setting accounts with high schools and corporate businesses. I had quotas to hit regarding tuxedo business and managing those accounts. In addition to those responsibilities I was also responsible for supporting store sales.
