Im an aspiring CPA, I have a background in management, sales and Audit, and TaxationMy current role as tax Associate: * Preparation of tax returns for filing, extensions, processing various types of returns from 990, 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120C, 1120S, that vary from complex Partnerships, Corporations and trusts and to simple Individual Tax returns. * preparing clients' Trial balances from financials "Balance Sheet, P&L, And General Ledger" PBC or from Accounting performed with Quickbooks for the client. or obtaining them from The compilation binders, Importing the Unadjusted Trial Balance to the Pro system software, grouping accounts or creating new accounts in the chart of accounts to fully prepare the working trial balance.* Entering Adjusting journal entries, Re-class Journal Entries, and tax journal entries for the client, reflecting all activities, business, operating, financial also making adjustments necessary for Tax return trial balance before entry to Tax software * Entering all accounts after adjustments in the working trial balance to the Federal trial balance and utilizing the accounts to fill out the tax return software. * setting new account or filling tax return with prepared financials for Current year and for consistency comparing return entries to prior year.* preparing Federal, and State tax returns for each client, entity, corporation, partnership, and extracting a draft for review.* Utilizing the pro systems software, XCM solutions for assignment process and productivity, Microsoft office suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, teams, In my role as an auditor I worked with numerous clients, working on Benefit plans to corporate Audits, that include many industries such as manufacturing, General Contractors, real estate, not for profit, and other industries.I worked retail sales in different capacities from high end audio equipment Magnolia Department part of Best Buy to representing a specific brand as a brand which was the role I took as an expert specialist for Sony through their retail partner Best Buy. In my management background I served as operations, general manager for a chain of local dental offices, out sighting operations, involved in hiring, scheduling, and logistics of the practices, succeeding in meeting our goals. Meeting and exceeding our KPIs.I earned my bachelor’s of business administration from the university of Houston- downtown with honors “ Magna Cum Laude” with 150 credit hours completed. In my free time I enjoy exercising, reading, writing, music and the outdoors. I'm also a Marathoner.
