With 23 years experience of working in the NHS I am passionate about making a positive difference to the service we provide to patients. Having worked across primary, secondary and community care settings during this time I have seen first hand how digital technology has evolved and how it continues to be fundamental to future clinical strategy and service delivery. I have experience of delivering service improvement initiatives, business change and service redesign, delivering large scale NHS digital projects and programmes and supporting end users with clinical systems and solutions. For the last 5 years I have fulfilled a Customer Relationship Management and Primary Care Service Delivery role, specifically GP IT. I pride myself on delivering excellent customer service and I value the relationships I build with my customers. During the COVID-19 pandemic I played a pivotal role in managing and supporting the accelerated delivery of remote access digital solutions to clinicians and staff. Whilst this was without doubt the most challenging period of my career it was by far the most rewarding based on what was achieved in such a short space of time. I could not be prouder of working for the NHS and I will always strive to continue to deliver to the highest possible standard of service delivery.
