Built and led Managed Services team in India. Designed and led Sales Engineering and Account Management practices to drive the capture, retention, and expansion of Mercatus’ beachhead customers, including multiple Global 500 companies. Led the market facing channel for Product Management to create a cohesive, flexible company culture focused on delivering purpose-driven, nimble solutions for customers entrenched in a dynamic market.
