Human Resources Coordinator
Current• Strategically partner and maintain relationships with active board members, company executives, and leaders• Work cross functionally supporting HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment across the organization • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks including managing employee files and processing onboarding paperwork• Collaborate with HR and company leaders to conduct a comprehensive compensation analysis for 170+ employees• Construct and implement an employee bonus program• Partner with key stakeholders to conduct weekly strategic meetings• Support learning and talent development initiatives through scheduling and coordination
