Acquisitions Manager,• Responsible for over $60 Million in real estate acquired via 24 deals—company-wide leader in acquisitions by transaction volume. • Manage site selection and acquisitions throughout the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill-Triangle & Eastern NC for an international grocer with over $100B in annual revenues. • Collaborate with and oversee a multi-functional team including attorneys, consultants, development managers, appraisers, and analysts in order to progress deals through the various phases of the acquisitions process, including site selection, business negotiations, contract negotiations, and site permitting and rezoning. • Conduct valuations based on in-depth analysis of market demographics, comparable transactions, and revenue/cost sensitivity analyses.• Develop relationships with key retail stakeholders such as developers, major landowners, brokers, and city officials, in order to build a pipeline for future transactions and information networks on market developments.

• Implemented Agile project management methodologies at an enterprise level for the development teams supporting the IRS’ portions of the Affordable Care Act.

• Forecasted varying market scenarios for a premium multi-brand dealership in Kiev and worked with the client CFO to create a financial model incorporating these forecasts; then presented said forecasts to the Credit Policy Office, establishing project feasibility and contributing to approval of a $20M loan.• Acted as lead loan officer for two $40M deals in Honduras and Nigeria; assessed weighted risk and coordinated OPIC processes necessary for loan guarantee issuance.• Participated in the underwriting of a $250M loan for a fertilizer plant in Africa; conducted model audit, stress tests, and sensitivities analysis.• Conducted, and then presented to top department management, an in-depth financial analysis of a politically sensitive cook stove and carbon credit deal, establishing with finality that the deal was financially unviable.
