First rotation: North America Operations. Newark, DEWorked closely with Americas distribution team and project managed the Americas pilot of cloud-based distribution tracking system. Generated metrics across US production and distribution centers that created better visibility into carriers and supply chain lead times.Second rotation: Research and Development Intelligence. Gaithersburg, MDBusiness analyst for the development and launch of internal application that enables access and analysis of real world data assets. Ran program to compile, triage and track all feedback and changes from alpha testers during system implementation, and worked with development team to implement applicable improvements. Third rotation: North America Operations. Boulder, COWorked directly with IT site lead on projects ranging from writing SOPs, to piloting augmented reality at our recently acquired biologics manufacturing center. Analyzed business requirements and lead value driven IT improvement projects during site start up. Fourth rotation: Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) Operations. Södertälje, SwedenWithin EMEA region worked on innovation projects, including remote assistance, virtual reality and digital training. Managed project to create standardized Operations IT initiative roadmap through 2020 for sites across region.
