Account manage a number of Galileo's largest customers in the UK including FCm, Flight Centres, Thomas Cook, Travel Pack, Somak, Travel by Appointment, Eton Travel, Statesman, Rima Travel & Skylord. Managed the contractual relationship and ensured that all issues were dealt with in a timely manner ensuring customers resigned with Galileo at the end of their contract term. Manage the billing process for Galileo & Cendant E Commerce Customers worldwide, analyse transaction and segment data to identify, resolve customer issues and ensure the economical use of the Galileo system. Provide reports and statistical information to allow Galileo & Cendant staff worldwide to manage and negotiate deals with suppliers and customers. Understand and advise on the costs attached to new and amended contracts. Regularly audit all customers to ensure that they are set up correctly to guarantee correct billing and compliance to European Union (EU), International Air Transport Association (IATA) and Sarbanes Oxley regulations and guidelines.

Working for Worldspan I started working as Senior Account Executive Field Sales and through internal promotion ended up working as a dedicated account manager for Thomas Cook. In this role I was managing the relationship with TC in the UK, Germany, Holland and Egypt and was responsible for integrating Worldspan products into the TC systems. Previously I negotiated contracts and service level agreements with other existing accounts and prospects; was Worldspan's e-commerce specialist and worked on the installation of new systems and equipment at multiple clients' premises working in partnership with the staff.
