I have become more confident in selling product and to help steer conversations in a positive direction if there is any conflict or differing opinions. With so much variety in personalities, your going to have to come up with just as many solutions to there needs. I have come to embrace that and to accept that challenge and I do feel really good when the customer and myself come up with an acceptable solution.I'm eager to learn more and I'm never afraid of hard work.
