• Purchased approximately $1.5MM dollars worth of merchandising display's for various builds from companies such as Hughes Decorr, The Central Group, Techno POS & Artisan Complete.• Responsible for 85 display sku’s across 13 different brands value in excess of $12MM in net sales.• Managed display assembly, reworks, material inventory and reconciliation at 3rd party co packer.• Key member of supplier selection team, display improvement process & cross functional teams.• Provide technical input into the design/development of displays/promos, including pallet pattern development and transportation requirements to minimize shipping damage and reduce freight costs.• Assess contract packager capabilities and performance. Investigate new contract packagers and co-ordinate QA GMP audits. • Launched promotional displays like Floorstands, Shelf Trays, Clipstrips, Value Packs, Bonus Packs & Pallet Programs for brands such as: Neo Citran, Buckley’s, Triaminic, Otrivin, Benefibre, Gas-X, Ex-lax, Maalox, & Keri.

• Active team member, providing technical and packaging support, to cross-functional business teams supporting the Insect Control product categories.• Offers technical packaging support to Brantford Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing and also to the Special Packs division within S.C Johnson (SCJ) Canada.• Approved Finished Goods Sales specifications for all sku’s in the CICS system.• Developed and designed packaging components for new Canadian products and, in conjunction with WWRD&E, for new NACP (North American Consumer Products) launches.• Assisted in development and approval of bills of materials and assembly instructions for Canadian point-of-purchase displays, promotional packs and Warehouse Club store packs.• Active team member, providing technical and packaging support on new product launches.• Provided artwork approval for point-of-purchase displays as well as new and revised Canadian shipper carton and label artwork.
