• Managed the implementation and quality of all Junior Achievement programming in Baltimore City Public Schools and Archdiocese of Baltimore schools.

• Supported educators, school-based administrators, and district office personnel in curriculum preparation, alignment, and fit for over 14,000 students in region
• Oversaw grant-supported outreach and expansion of programming to targeted West Baltimore elementary, middle, and high schools.
• Present to schools, corporate, and community groups to further mission of Junior Achievement’s financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and career readiness programming.

• Coordinated local program athletes, coaches and volunteers for 7 Maryland counties over the course of three years; ultimately directing all program activity in Baltimore City and Baltimore County programs.
• Manage volunteer organizing committees in each territory to ensure quality training and competition experience for Special Olympic athletes.
• Work directly with public school system administrators and coaches to establish partnerships and provide Unified Sports programming in satisfaction of the 2008 Maryland Fitness and Athletic Equity Act for Students with.
• Expand and establish community partnerships in support of local and statewide training, competition and fundraising efforts.
