Also ensuring that we are following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.• Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions.• Improvising organizational processes and workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout; implementing changes.
