• Responsible for sales and management of all Mac & Mac’s existing business with multiple major retailers• Develop and source new retail product and programs for each vendor (i.e., manufacturer) catered to specific retailers’ customer-base• Source new vendors to increase Mac & Mac’s clientele based on vendor’s product line and retailer viability• Communicate with retail buying teams with respect to sales, forecasting, supply chain management, and quality assurance• Manage small team tasked in dealing with day-to-day operations including sales reports, sample/product tracking, item setup and maintenance, and quote creation• Monitor current financial health of Mac & Mac with monthly commission reports and create quarterly financial projections for each upcoming selling season

• Manage multiple vendor/manufacturer accounts in order to provide sales to major retailers• Provide analysis with regard to presentation preparation & follow up on behalf of vendors• Utilize product information from vendors to prepare quotes• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product information, purchase orders, and product delivery• Track import and domestic shipments with manufacturers and transportation agencies• Review private label packaging and obtain approval from all parties involved• Coordinate with manufacturer any requests for product information, images, and samples• Communicate with both the retailer and manufacturers regarding any problems or concerns that arise• Research industry and fashion trends to be used in marketing of new product• Create and maintain various Excel spreadsheets for recapping and projecting manufacturer sales
