• Overcame challenges of multiple client inputs, municipalities & electric utility companies as well as acquiring easements over private property to install water lines and roadway improvements, and created final design for parking, utility infrastructure, multiple stormwater management facilities, recreational amenities and roadway improvements for 100k sq. ft. building.
