- Install, configure, and troubleshoot networking equipment- Perform tests and repairs on hardware and software components- Set up and maintain user accounts- Implement security measures for computers and networks- Install and maintain computer systems and peripheral devices- Diagnose, repair, and upgrade computer hardware- Resolve technical problems with local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN)- Provide technical assistance in person and by phone to users on computer-related issues- Perform onsite installs and repair of computers, printers, networking equipment- Create/code applications to support operations for both internal and external uses

- Install, maintain and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers, as well as peripheral hardware- Monitor and manage computer systems, networks and applications- Perform system backups, disk imaging, restore and migration- Configure and maintain computer operating systems- Perform software installations, updates and upgrades- Develop and maintain system performance tuning- Monitor system access and control user accounts- Provide technical support and guidance to end users- Develop scripts and front-end applications to facilitate easy automation of post-deployment tasks/configuration

Additionally:- Provide technical assistance to customers - Research and recommend new products- Up-sell customers into better equipment/hardware when possible
