Executes hands-on and automated testing of client reference systems in both pre- and post-production devices. Analyzes and compiles test data into meaningful reports. Works with a cross-functional to design and maintain a 50+ mobile and desktop system farm. Identifies and tracks issues using the JIRA ticketing system. Designs and maintains thorough documentation of test procedures.- Assembles and maintains 50+ automation farm consisting of both mobile and desktop systems for pre-production silicon- Provides training in handling automation farm, tracking and communication of results, and operation of hands on tools- Utilizes virtualization for testing purposes- Develops and maintains weekly automation schedule- Provides necessary updates to automation farm via flashing bios, installing operating systems, and installing drivers- Configures and utilizes security features for testing purposes i.e. fTPMs, dTPMs, and Microsoft Pluton TPM- Collaborates with fellow engineers to design and structure test plans on a day-to-day basis- Utilizes Change Gear to inventory, assign, and track equipment- Provides network maintenance for farms by replacing routers, switches, etc.- Writes and implements test plans for both manual and automated tests- Follows established procedures to document and maintain JIRA tickets for related issues- Utilizes Microsoft Power BI to compile results and organized them into daily reports

Creates positive experiences for each customer through the delivery of excellent customer service and positive resolutions for any encountered issues. Collaborates with a team of partners to promote a cross-functional approach to workflow optimization. Designs and utilizes training processes to mentor partners on customer relations and improve performance.- Utilizes Business Intelligence to track and maintain sales at a daily to weekly level.

Identifies and resolves the root cause of issues encountered in PC systems, networks, and software. Installs and upgrades new components including hard drives, processors, fans, PSUs, GPUs, and RAM. Utilizes in-depth research during the troubleshooting of emerging new issues. Assembles and configures new PCs based on each customer’s needs and budget.
