Worked alongside other college students to support Pine Cove’s programs and activities for grades 6th - 8th. Mentored, encouraged and led over 500 students through weekly events such as sports, swimming, fitness, team building and other activities. Strengthened skills such as public speaking, conflict resolution, time management and scheduling.

Worked with and assisted the Director of finance. Tasks included accounts payable, research and analysis of financial spreadsheets and documents. Worked cross functionally across several departments in order to monitor and ensure finances were accurate being closed. Shadowed how to forecast the yearly budget and provided feedback on ways to effectively maximize revenue.

Tutored students 1st thru 12th grade covering a wide range of math subjects including: algebra, geometry, calculus, and statistics; helping students understand and apply mathematical concepts effectively. Promoted to Lead Instructor to to help support and train other team members. Interacted with students and parents to ensure their experience was exceptional, addressing concerns and questions, with the goal of every student improving their skills and confidence in Math.
