I am responsible for recruiting functions and and at times leading and developing a team for different areas of the country including up to 23 states at a time. I help implement recruitment strategies for different markets and work with compensation issues. As a Sr. Recruiter I worked closely with my stakeholders and mangers to keep them up to date with progress and actions being taken to support their areas. This can include workforce planning and projections as well as executing a recruitment strategy to hit the demands of the business. I would also focus on helping to develop other recruiters and train new recruiters to the company.

In this role I have been able to bring my knowledge of the operational side of the business and help to recruit top talent to the organization. I work closely with colleges and from around the state to get our brand out to students. For this particular role I focused mainly on entry level Management Trainee jobs. I now recruit for all field positions involved in front line operations.
