Working to ensure that Chipotle is in compliance with all state, federal, and local laws. Daily Responsibilities include:-Monitor all aspects of the new hire onboarding processes including completion to ensure legal adherence for all hiring regulations.-Assist with monitoring of all new hire documentation, including but not limited to Form I-9 documents, minor work permits, and expiring work permits. -Audit various aspects of the onboarding process for approximately 500 daily hires.-Answer questions from managers and employees through the Employee Service hotline to assist with any onboarding or legal questions.-Created an algorithmic spot check process in Workday to streamline daily audit processes while continuing to comply with regulations stated by the M-274 hiring procedures.-Identify bottlenecks and create efficiencies in daily onboarding operations to create better processes for all store managers and new hires.-Work with the Respectful Workplace team in operations-level employee conflict resolution and trained to help alleviate cases during periods with a high number of allegations. -Collaborate with various departments to confirm full legal compliance as it relates to their respective daily operations and objectives. -Create custom Workday reports to extract specific HR and financial data for C-Suite level to forecast strategic initiatives. -Work closely with the Workday HRIS team to monitor the daily processes and immediately identify and diagnose any potential problems.-Actively participate in the Workday Human Resources focus group, directed towards new system enhancements and preparing for new system releases.-Partner with the Workday HRIS team to test and implement onboarding changes, effecting 70,000 Chipotle employees.-Frequently complete employment verifications and unemployment claims for current and past employees.
