Working as part of the newly formulated customer integration team, my primary responsibility is to work closely with Digital Marketing Team to understand the long term customer B2B EDI strategy of Reece Group. Being part of a high performing team, I provide innovative solutions to assist the organisation help improve lives of our customers and branch network everyday.[1] Delivered a brand new solution that allowed Reece customers to receive invoices (bills) into their Xero accounting software directly. I was an integral part of enhancing the digital online platform to support user on-boarding which was carefully curated to be both simple and mistake-free. Also coordinated internal ERP related enhancements to push invoices which are finalised during the day through to the integration service. We saw around 700 to 800 customers on-boarding within the first two months of the launch and the customer feedback has been phenomenal.[2] Implemented a brand new online order processing platform based on micro-service architecture which is used by both desktop and mobile digital applications. The aim was to deliver a consistent user experience across all digital platforms while keeping implementation application agnostic.The same platform is designed to be scaled up to support B2B integrations with bespoke or off-the-shelf software solutions customers might want to integrate with Reece in the future.[3] Continuing on the success of Xero, delivered a similar integration with MYOB which allowed Reece customers to receive their invoices into MYOB application. The solution was based on the learnings by the entire team with Xero integration, that allowed us to further enhanced the customer experience and make overall solution more robust and intuitive.
