Provide high level support, including:Coordinating, controlling and managing diary; Managing communications between the MD and Executive Teams;Organising and prioritising own tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion;Wide range of PA duties, including diary and inbox management, extensive travel planning, expense submission, invoice handling, presentations and HR records;Liaising with a wide network of brokers and customers, internal and external stakeholders;Customer and Broker event planning and execution, both UK conferences and overseas events;Handle work of a highly confidential and sensitive nature;Manage and resolve queries on behalf of Managers.
