Built a new, in-house video production & creative team producing content for brands across the Demon Tweeks Group. This covers the motorsport, road tuning and cycling sectors. Along with a new production facility, I introduced a successful video first content strategy across all social channels. This quickly developed into me stepping in front of camera to present videos, demonstrate product and engage with a new audience.Being video and social first has led to exponential growth online, with 10's of millions of views across platforms, with 10's of thousands of new and engaged followers & customers.

Developed and launched Untitled Bamboo. An e-commerce store specialising in sustainable solutions for single use plastic products including toothbrushes and straws. Successfully launched own brand electric toothbrush with biodegradable bamboo heads. Launch strategy focused on creative content and paid social leading to significant sales volume and wide reaching organic PR. The toothbrush was recommended by Vogue as a top product in their Christmas 2021 gift guide.

Responsible for producing video content and moving image for Iceland Foods TV adverts (now produced fully in-house), social media platforms and digital signage. Working alongside key stakeholders in the Sustainability Team, I was responsible for producing and directing video content for Iceland’s award winning plastic free initiative and palm oil pledge. In 2018 we been producing all of Iceland’s TV campaigns in house from concept through to production and play out to TV stations. Bringing TV in house allowed us to be more reactive to trends than any other supermarket or leading brand in the UK. Our close knit team could take a TV ad from concept to screens in less than 5 days! In 2020 alone, we produced roughly 50 ads ranging from animated value ads to beautifully food styled luxury roast ads for Easter and Christmas.

As a passion project and a great learning tool, I ran a successful premium wedding photography business alongside my wife.

HEADLINE: Launched a new, market beating product from a humble garage in Wrexham, so well received by consumers that the world’s largest camera brand tried to shut us down…I was responsible for creative thinking and marketing at Olfi action cameras. I had a hand in every step of this business from initial launch and branding to product development and future concepts. After an initial successful launch and bizarre legal battle with an industry titan (this is a good story!), we launched our second product and Implemented another successful advertising campaign across the Red Bull network. Other responsibilities included social media campaigns, SEO and brand ambassador management.
