Transitioning from a dynamic career as a Captain in the British Army, I bring a unique blend of strategic alignment, organisational design, and accountability to my next venture. My journey began with a degree in Human Biology from the University of Birmingham, followed by impactful years in education where I honed my leadership skills as Head of House and Key Stage 3 Science Coordinator through the TeachFirst Leadership Development Programme.In the military, commissioned into the Adjutant General Corps (Education and Training Service), I deepened my expertise in leadership and project management, while specialising in the art of data-driven decision-making. This culminated in achieving a MSc in Education and Innovation specialising in Learning Analytics. My passion for teamwork, motivation, and teaching has fuelled my success in diverse contexts, from the interactive classroom to the strategic arenas of military engagement.As I embark on a new chapter, I am eager to leverage my experience in leadership, data analysis, and project management to transform organisations.
